I found this in a recipe book that I have. I hope they still make the lemon velvet cake mix. Recipe doesn't give bake time. Bake time same as for regular cake mix 350 degrees (look on box for bake time.) Ingredients:
1 box lemon velvet cake mix |
3/4 cup cold water |
1 package instant lemon gelatin pudding |
3/4 cup salad oil |
4 large eggs |
Directions:
1. Put cake mix, instant pudding, water and oil in a large bowl. Mix well.
2. Add four large eggs, one at a time.
3. Bake in a pan 9 x13 x2 at 350 degrees until done.
4. NOTE: Look on box for bake time.

6. 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
7. 2 tablespoons water
8. 1/3 cup lemon juice
9. Mix well. Make toothpick holes in top of cake. Dribble topping over it.
