Ingredients:

  1. Melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Whip with a whisk while bringing it all to a simmer.
  4. Butter might separate but it won't any difference to the taste.
  5. Toss the hot broccoli or cauliflower florets with the sauce.
  6. (You might like to adjust the seasoning to your taste, or decrease or increase the lemon juice).
