Ingredients:

  • 2 cup bullion
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Add all the other ingredients to the bullion in a pot and bring to a boil. Once boiling turn down to low heat and let simmer for 20 minutes, do not remove the lid. At the end of 20 minutes fluff the rice with a fork.
