Lemon Pepper Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 1/5 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Trim chicken of fat. Mix lemon juice, zest, and olive oil together in small bowl and brush over chicken. Top with freshly ground black pepper to taste. Grill or bake until done.
