Lemon Herb Marinade

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lawry's seasoned salt
  • 2 tsp paprika

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredieants well.
  2. Pour over chicken and marinate at lease 2 hours (or overnight).
  3. If using fish, only marinate 1/2 hour.
  4. Grill chicken or fish on B-B-Q, or broil in broiler.
  5. This makes enough for 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
