Lemon Graham Freeze

Ingredients:

  • 1 (5 oz) can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 drops yellow food coloring (optional)

Directions:

  1. Place milk in a mixing bowl; add beaters to bowl.
  2. Freeze for 25-30 minutes or until soft crystals form around edges of bowl.
  3. Beat milk until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gradually add sugar, lemon juice and food coloring if desired; mix well.
  5. Place five graham crackers in an ungreased 11 x 7 inch dish.
  6. Pour milk mixture over crackers.
  7. Crush remaining graham cracker and sprinkle over top.
  8. Cover and freeze until firm.
