Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 300 degrees
  2. Butter a spring-form /cheese cake pan
  3. Put the flour in the pan and cover the bottom and sides, sticking the flour to the butter
  4. Mix the ricotta, eggs, sugar, lemon zest, vanilla, salt and ginger until smooth
  5. Pour the batter into the buttered/floured pan
  6. Bake for an hour or so until it turns a golden brown
