Original Girl Scout Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Add eggs, milk, vanilla and flour which have been sifted together with the baking powder and salt.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Roll out fairly thin and cut with cookie cutters.
  5. Bake at 350º for 6-8 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with sugar which is optional.
