Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup honey
  • 2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger

Directions:

  1. Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and let stand 2 hours. Whisk before serving. Store in an airtight container at room temperature 3 to 5 days.
