  1. In large skillet, cook garlic in olive oil until golden.
  2. Add lemon juice, bouillon and pepper.
  3. Cook and stir until bouillon dissolves.
  4. In large bowl, toss pasta, garlic mixture, cheese and parsley; serve immediately.
