Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine 2 Cups Flour, 1/2 cup powdered sugar and butter in a bowl and mix well. Pat the dough into a 10 x 13 pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
  2. Combine eggs, sugar, lemon juice, rind, baking powder and 2 Tablespoons of flour and mix thoroughly. Pour over the baked layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
  3. Let the bars cool for a bit.
  4. Sprinkle powdered sugar over the bars and let cool completely before cutting.
