Yummy Lemon Bars!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sifted flour
  • 1 cup oleo or 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Directions:

  1. Sift together flour and powdered sugar.
  2. Cut in butter.
  3. Press in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
  4. In different bowl beat together eggs.
  5. Mix by hand remaining ingredients.
  6. Pour over.
  7. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown on 350°F.
  8. Sprinkle some 10x sugar over the finished bars (optional).
