Ingredients:

  • 2 cup. sifted flour
  • 1/2 cup. sifted powdered sugar
  • 1 cup. butter or margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 cup. lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup. flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Directions:

  1. Sift together the sifted flour and the sifted powdered sugar
  2. Cut in the butter until mixture clings together
  3. Press into 13x9x2' baking pan
  4. Bake at 325 degrees until lightly browned, about 20-25 minutes.
  5. Put eggs, sugar and lemon juice in blender; blend until thick and smooth
  6. Sift flour and baking powder together; add to blender and blend to combine
  7. Pour over crust
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
  9. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  10. Cool
  11. Cut into bars
