Lebanese White Coffee(Kahwe Bayda)

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 1/2 tsp orange blossom water (mazaher)
  • honey (optional)

Directions:

  1. Bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan. Remove from the heat.
  2. Add the mint leaves and orange blossom water.
  3. Let set for at least 5 minutes.
  4. Strain out the mint leaves, and serve in small demitasse cups. Sweeten to taste if desired.
  5. Enjoy!
