Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown and drain beef.
  2. Add spaghetti sauce and water. Simmer 5 minutes.
  3. Combine ricottia cheese, egg, chives and oregano.
  4. In bottom of ungreased 9x13 pan, spread 1-1/2c meat sauce, top with half noodles, 1/2 ricottia cheese mixture and 1/2 mozarella cheese.
  5. Repeat, top with remaining meat sauce.
  6. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  7. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  8. Bake uncovered at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
  9. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
