Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 6.25 oz package biscuit mix (white lily if you can find it)
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in 8 or 9 inch squar baking pan in 350 degree oven. Meanwhile, combine biscuit mix and sugar. Add milk and pour evenly over melted buter. Do not stir. Spoon pie filling evenly over batter. Bake for 45 - 50 minutes oru until top crusgt is browned. Crust will form as it bakes. Serve hot topped with ice cream or it is delicious on its own.
