  1. BEAT cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy.
  2. Gradually add milk, beating until well blended.
  3. Add dry pudding mixes; beat on low speed 1 min.
  4. Or until well blended.
  5. COVER bottom of 13x9-inch pan with half the ladyfingers; top with
  6. Layers of half each of the pudding mixture, COOL WHIP and berries.
  7. Repeat all layers.
  8. REFRIGERATE 3 hours. Sprinkle with chocolate.
