Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Remove sausage from casing, place in skillet, crumble with fork and cook until well done; drain fat.
  2. Brush top of one tortilla with egg.
  3. Place second tortilla on top and press together gently.
  4. Brush top of second tortilla with egg and place third tortilla on top, pressing gently together.
  5. Place tortillas on baking sheet.
  6. Spread top of tortillas with beans, then enchilada sauce.
  7. Top with sausage, chiles and cheese.
  8. Bake 12 munites.
  9. Cool slightly and cut into wedges.
