Ingredients:

  • 4 avacados pitted and peeled
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 2tblspn green pepper sauce
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 1 (16oz) container sour cream
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. In one bowl mash the avacados, lime juice, green pepper sauce and half of the salt until smooth.
  2. In a different bowl mix together the sour cream, cilantro and the remaining salt.
  3. Layer the serving bowl with the bottom and top layers being the avacado mixture and the sour cream mixture in between.
  4. Put the diced tomatos and red onions on top.
  5. A little side note...I usually add a dollop of sour cream and a little bit of cilantro on the top to make it look prettier!! Enjoy!!!!!
