Ingredients:

  • 3 sticks butter
  • 1-1/2 cups sugar
  • 1-1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 tbsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon
  • 3 cups oats
  • 2 cups coconut
  • 2 cups pecans

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla, Beat. Add dry ingredients until blended. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by ice cream scoups full on baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 -15 minutes.
