Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown meat with the chopped up pepper and onion.
  2. Drain the meat and put back into the skillet.
  3. Add spaghetti seasoning and tomato paste (add 6 cans of water to start with but you may have to had more water to get to thickness you desire.
  4. Add mushrooms (drained).
  5. Season with oregano, garlic salt, salt and pepper and.
  6. I add a about a teaspoon of olive oil.
  7. Let simmer in your skillet stirring occasionally. This does not really take but about 15 minutes to get everything well blended to have your sauce for the lasagna.
  8. Boil the lasagna noodles and drain.
  9. Layer 1/3 of sauce in Pyrex dish, I use teaspoon to dab on the cream cheese, then add parmesan cheese and mozzarella, layer noodles, then sauce (repeat everything), layer noodles, and sauce with everything added on top.
  10. Bake on 350°F until gets hot and bubbly (probably about 30 minutes).
