Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350F. cook meat, salt and pepper, drain if needed. Add spaghetti sauce and water; simmer about 5-10 min. Add to meat; ricotta cheese, cottage cheese, 1c shredded cheese, parmesan cheese, eggs and parsley, stir. Pour 1+ cup sauce on bottom of 13x9 baking dish. Arrange 3 uncooked noodles over sauce. cover with sauce and continue to layer (noodles, sauce), topping off with sauce and 1c shredded cheese. cover with foil. bake 45 min. remove foil and continue to bake 10 more min. let cool for about 10 min. Enjoy!
