Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown beef & pork allowing it to crumble, drain
  2. In a large mixing bowl blend egg & ricotta
  3. Add meat to cheese mixture, blend well
  4. Boil lasagna noodles
  5. Cook sauce, seasoning to taste
  6. Place a thin layer of sauce on bottom of baking pan
  7. Cover with a layer of noodles
  8. Cover noodles with meat mixture
  9. Add tomato sauce to cover meat layer
  10. Repeat until pan is full
  11. Cover with a layer of noodles
  12. Cover with sauce and a layer of mozzarella
  13. Bake at 350 for 2 hours
