Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place the oven rack in the upper postion (second from the top).
  2. Turn the oven on to broil
  3. Place the sesame seeds in the ungreased pie plate
  4. Broil the seeds in the oven for about 3 mins, shaking the pie plate occasionally, using the oven mitts, until the seeds are golden brown.
  5. Use the oven mitts to remove the pie plate to the wire rack, cool slightly
  6. Place the chhese on the microwave-safe plate
  7. Microwave, uncovered, on high for about 6 seconds until warm.
  8. Lightly press and roll the warmed cheese sticks in the seeds.
  9. Chill for about 30 min.
  10. Makes 10 cheese sticks
