Kyle's Amazing Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups pumpkin
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp clove
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Beat together pumpkin, egg yolks, sugar, sour cream and seasonings until well blended.
  2. Beat egg whites to soft peak stage.
  3. Fold into pumpkin mixture.
  4. Pour carefully into pie shell.
  5. 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
  6. 350 degrees for 60 minutes (or until set).
  7. Allow to cool at room temperature and then refrigerate.
