Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In large pot add butter and brown meat. When brown add onion and cook till tender.
  2. Add all ingredients but, parsley and sour cream.
  3. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 1/2 hours.
  4. Stir in the sour cream, check seasonings. Sprinkle with parsley.
  5. Serve with biscuits.
