Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Chop veggies while pasta water heats up
  2. Cook pasta
  3. Put peas and carrots into colander
  4. Drain pasta over peas and carrots to thaw/blanch
  5. Rinse well with cold water to halt cooking
  6. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and chill until time to serve (an hour or so is best-if you need to chill longer, dress no more than an hour before serving or be prepared to add more dressing)
