Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place dry ingredients into a food processor. Mix the wet ingredients and with the motor running slowly add to the flour. Mix until just incorporated. Cover and place in fridge for about 30mins.
  2. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  3. Roll out to about 3mm thick. and cut out rounds using a 12cm cookie cutter.
  4. Beat the eggs for the filling and reserve about 1tbsp. Mix the remaining egg with the filling ingredients . Place about 1 tbsp of filling in each pastry round and fold in 1/2 and press down with a fork for decorative finish.
  5. Place pastries on baking sheets and brush the reserved egg and bake for about 30 minutes.
