Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Layer half of the slices on bottom of buttered shallow 1 qt casserole dish
  3. Layer with half the onions, 3tbs cheese,half the whipping cream, half the kohlrabi leaves, half the salt and half the pepper(do you sense a pattern here:))
  4. Repeat(big DUH)
  5. Top with remaining cheese and bread crumbs
  6. Bake covered for 30 uncovered for 15
  7. If you don't know how to select kohlrabi here are a couple of tips!
  8. Choose the smallest ones you can find, they should be free of cracks and fibers. Leaves should be crisp and green with no yellowing.
