Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut potatoes into chunks
  2. Boil them in a pan of water for 10 minutes then take off the heat and let sit in the hot water for another 15 minutes
  3. Boil the eggs until done and peel
  4. Mix sour cream, mayo, mustard, salt and pepper together first in the bowl
  5. Fold in the diced celery, onion and 3 of the diced eggs
  6. Fold in the potatoes once cooled enough
  7. Slice the 4th egg on top
  8. Garnish with Paprika if desired
