Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cover eggs with cold water and bring to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat and cover 12 minutes.
  3. Pour off hot water and cover in ice water until cool to touch.
  4. Peel and slice eggs lengthwise.
  5. Gently pop out yolk into a bowl.
  6. Smash yolks with a fork and mix in remaining ingredients.
  7. Spoon or pipe egg yolk mixture into the egg halves.
  8. Sprinkle with smoked paprika.
