Directions:

  1. Cook the fish in milk.
  2. Leave on one side.
  3. Boil the rice and drain.
  4. Hard boil eggs and half them.
  5. Flake the fish into an oven dish and retain the milk.
  6. Add the rice and eggs.
  7. Make up a white sauce with the fish milk and more milk.
  8. Mix all together careful not to bread up the fish too much and just warm through.
