Ingredients:

  • 60 g tortilla
  • 10 g chicken
  • 10 g tomato
  • 10 g yogurt
  • 10 g avocado
  • 10 g salsa

Directions:

  1. Layer mashed beans, cheese, chicken and tomato ingredients on one half small flour tortilla shell, grill on both sides until cheese melts
  2. Top with yogurt and avocado or guacamole and salsa
