Kathy's Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Lightly grease cookie sheet.
  3. Mix well: butter, peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg.
  4. Add remaining ingredients.
  5. Roll individual uncooked cookies in sugar (optional).
  6. Crisscross with forks.
  7. Bake for about 10 minutes.
