Kasza Gryczana Or Polish Baked Buckwheat

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups dechlorinated water (for city water let water stand in an open container on a container overnight for the chlorine to evaporate)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 cup buckwheat groots

Directions:

  1. Heat your oven to 300 degrees
  2. Bring the water to a boil and add the salt and buckwheat
  3. Simmer until the groots have absorbed most of the water
  4. Drain thoroughly
  5. Lay out flat in a greases ovenproof pan and bake 20 minutes
  6. Serve with butter
  7. Or honey or cinnamon or experiment and PRZYJEMNOŚĆ (enjoy)
