Just Like Mom Made'em Rolls.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teasppon salt
  • 1/4 cup shortening
  • 1 package yeast
  • 3 1/2 cups of flour
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Combine first four ingredients in saucepan to hot *DO NOT BOIL*
  2. Pour in mixing bowl
  3. Add 1pkg yeast
  4. Add 1 beaten egg
  5. Beat hard looks sticky
  6. Add 3 1/2 cups flower
  7. Mix in flour till its blended
  8. Let raise for 2 hours
  9. Make rolls
  10. Let raise again
  11. Use a 9 x13 pan greased
  12. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown
  13. At 400 degrees
