Directions:

  1. BBQ: Season both sides of ribs with salt and pepper. Arrange ribs on baking pan, baste both sides with BBQ sauce. Pour 1/2 cup of water in bottom of pan. Bake at 300 for 2 hours or until almost cooked, baste with sauce throughout. Grill over hot coals for 30 minutes or until done.
  2. Sauce: Combine vinegar and water with mustard, brown sugar, salt, pepper, paprika, and molasses. Let stand for 10 minutes. Combine the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil and let simmer on low for 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
