Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in bowl add grated cheddar blend.
  2. Cream butter and sugar add eggs one at a time to blend.
  3. Add grated apple to moist mixture.
  4. Add moist to dry mixture until just combined.
  5. Bake 350 for about 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and a tooth pick comes out clean.
  6. Note: Add 1/2 apple more if ingredients look too dry. Oven temperatures are varied so watch closely until golden brown and the toothpick comes out clean.
