Cheddar Apple Brunch Biscuit

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl; set aside.
  2. Separate biscuits, and press each into a 3-inch circle.
  3. Place on lightly greased baking sheets; sprinkle with cheese, and top each with an apple ring.
  4. Sprinkle with reserved sugar mixture, and drizzle with melted butter.
  5. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes or until crust is golden.
  6. Serve immediately for Brunch or Breakfast!
