Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts , small
  • 4 tsp capers
  • 4 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp tabasco sauce (optional, and you can modify the amount to taste)
  • 3 tsp rum, old
  • 1 dash olive oil , for serving

Directions:

  1. Fry the chicken breasts.
  2. While frying, mix the rum, the ginger, the pepper and the tobasco and add slowly.
  3. Once fried, serve in a plate with the capers and olive oil on top.
