Ingredients:

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 1/2 oz apple juice
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • 1 tsp honey

Directions:

  1. Put all of it in a blender and whirl it until ice is totally tiny and you have a shake type consistency.
  2. Garnish with a cherry or 2.
  3. Fills a 10 oz glass.
