Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 (11 oz) can mushroom soup
  • 1 (11 oz) can celery soup
  • 2/3 cup white wine
  • 1 (1/8 oz) package dry onion soup mix

Directions:

  1. Mix rice, 2 cans soup and wine in 8x8 pan.
  2. Layer chicken on top.
  3. Sprinkle onion soup over top.
  4. Cover pan and bake at 350 for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
