Ingredients:

  • 1 (10 1/4 oz) can mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 1/4 oz) can onion soup
  • 2 -3 lbs chicken pieces

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. Mix soups and wine.
  3. Pour over chicken
  4. Cover and bake for 2 1/2 hours
  5. Thicken sauce with cornstarch and water if you want gravy
  6. If you want stew, add some onions, carrots, frozen peas etc. 30 minutes before it is done.
