Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 5 1/2 cups flour

Directions:

  1. Beat first 4 ingredients.
  2. Sift remaining ingredients & add to egg mixture.
  3. Knead dough until smooth. (Add flour if needed.).
  4. Roll out.
  5. Cut into circles.
  6. Add 1 teaspoons filling of choice into center.
  7. Form into triangles.
  8. Grease baking pan lightly.
  9. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
