Ingredients:

  • nonstick spray
  • 1 piece of cheese (i use skim kraft singles) pp
  • 1 bagel thins (the everything 1)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. On medium high heat, spray with nonstick cooking spray and add egg white, cook until done. Salt and pepper to taste and then place cheese slice on top of egg and take pan off of the heat and let melt. Cook bacon and lightly toast bagel. If it toasts too long it becomes too crunchy. Place bacon on bottom slice of bagel and egg on top of bacon , close sandwich with top of bagel. Enjoy!
