Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp gingerroot, chopped roughly
  • 1 1/2 tbsp white miso
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup rice vinegar
  • 3 -4 tsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Directions:

  1. Using a blender or food processor, blend for 30 seconds.
