Japanese Fruit Pie

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup pecans

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and pour into unbaked pie shell.
  3. Bake 40 minutes then serve warm.
