Japanese Fruit Pie

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2-3/4 cup oleo
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup pecans

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Pour into pie shell (8 or 9-inch pie pan).
  3. Bake at 350°F, until it won't shake-about 40 minutes.
