JAPANESE FRUIT PIE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Davis Estate in Anna, Texas in 1994.
Ingredients:
1 stick butter melted and cooled
2 eggs
1/2 cup coconut
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup pecans
1 unbaked pie shell
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix all ingredients together and pour into unbaked pie shell.
3. Bake 40 minutes then serve warm.
