Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups unbleached flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Mix together the first 5 ingred. Then add the last 4.
  2. Do not overmix.
  3. Bake in a greased loaf pan for 50 - 55 minutes.
  4. At 350f. ENJOY.
